Azabat does not operate a premium-rate support line because we feel you shouldn't be penalised if you have a problem. Our products are intuitive and so easy to use that we don't expect you'll have any problems with them but if you have any issues or comments you can contact us by email and we will always endeavour to respond quickly.

Products supplied on CD
Problem 1: The CD doesn't work.
Solution: Give it a good wipe, to get rid of any sticky fingerprints that may have formed, and try again.
Problem 2: The CD still doesn't work.
Solution: Send it back and we'll replace it free of charge (or upgrade you to the Electronic Download version).
