Azabat does not operate a premium-rate support line because we feel you shouldn't be penalised if you have a problem. Also, our products are intuitive and so easy to use that we don't expect you'll have any problems with them - but if you do, the following should solve it:-
Problem 1: The CD doesn't work.
Solution: Give it a good wipe, to get rid of any sticky fingerprints that may have formed, and try again.
Problem 2: The CD still doesn't work.
Solution: Send it back and we'll replace it free of charge.
